Starting to establish your Sisterlocks is a journey, and has three parts: preparing your Mind, Scalp & Hair, Establishing the locks and the after care, for you to know what to do when you're not in my chair.  The initial consultation is the first stage to help you decide whether to go through this life altering journey.  You will have a conversation with a consultant. Your hair and scalp will be checked, a strand test will be done and possible trial locks installed.  At this point, if all is well, an agreement on cost is made based on the length of your hair, its density and texture. The installation itself could take 3 to 5 days, depending on individual Hair density circumstances. Advice is given on after care and maintenance.  During the first year, you will be encouraged to attend a retightening class so that you will be empowered to maintain your own Sisterlocks!
